It’s holiday time! We set off this morning with all our luggage and baby travel essentials, ready for the trip. We never leave home without our baby carrier, travel cot and baby bouncer, as they’re must-haves for us whenever we’re on the go. The travel cot is easy to carry and comes with a transport bag, which is perfect for little getaways. Our best tip is to also buy a bag for the bouncer – trust us, it’s a game-changer for travelling!
Catching a Taxi
Like true New Yorkers, we went out to catch a taxi. Ezra was happily chilling in his baby carrier while we loaded everything in. Once inside the taxi, we realised we had to make a teeny-tiny detour before we could leave for Grand Central.
No matter how much you plan, you always seem to forget something, right? We had to run some last-minute errands before heading to Grand Central, but luckily, we still made it in time.
Finding our Platform
Grand Central is the world’s largest train station and it can get quite crowded. Our baby carrier was such a lifesaver here – it would’ve been a struggle to keep track of our luggage, check the tickets and all that jazz without it. Ezra did so well the whole time in his baby carrier, which made Mum and Dad very happy.
Boarding the Train
Yes, we made it to the train! We quickly found our seats and stowed our things on the luggage rack before settling in and letting out a big sigh of relief. Travelling with a baby can get stressful, and we were happy that things went as smoothly as they did.
